II. Interests, Style, Practices If you want to learn something about my intellectual interests, teaching practices and expectations, see an interview of me posted by Evergreen's Office of Academic Advising at a web site titled Voices of the Faculty. You may also visit the home page of the "Evergreen Supreme Court," my pedagogical innovation for teaching students critical thinking. To get a glimpse of my passion for and protection of free speech, you may link to a statement which I contributed to help resolve a censorship controversy at Evergreen.(website created by alumnus Roger Goldingay). If you link to the latter, make sure you click on the cartoon and each succeeding one which appears in order to see all 18 cartoon panels (the three panels which were the subject of controversy because they allegedly contributed to the "perpetuation of racial and ethnic stereotypes" were #5, #15 and #18).
You may also find it informative and stimulating to surf around the website of The Evergreen State College.
