Web Design Class -- Personal Info
During the week of August 5-9, 1996, I had the pleasure of participating
in the Evergreen Cyberdivine Workshop, where (among other things) I learned
how to create backgrounds.
-
Teaching -- I came to Evergreen in 1982 when, with 12 years experience
as a programmer and systems analyst, I was hired to teach some courses
at Evergreen. The students captured my heart, and I applied for a permanent
position. I am committed to working with colleagues and students to build
a wonderful interdisciplinary computer science curriculum in the liberal
arts tradition and I typically teach Student Originated Software ( SOS)
every other year. In fall 1996-97, I'm teaching Environmental
Change and Health. I shall be on leave winter and spring. For more,
"Judy's teaching".
-
My research interests include scientific databases,
software engineering, and integrating research results
into the undergraduate curriculum.
-
My curriculum vita will tell you about my professional
life.
