Overall, it is right on the money. I'm sure it will grow over time. I'd be happy to review it as often as you like in the future. I only have a few points of feedback that I've outlined below: [2.5 a 1]: A typo, I think. We would call it a Tree Structure, rather than Tree Structured. [2.5 b 3]: This is probably my biggest point of feedback. We really don't need the wireframes to be functional. While this would be ideal, I think it could be combined with the "Code Generation" item you have scheduled for future release. In other words, we want to create a visual representation of the functionality, but for instance the buttons don't need to be clickable, the navigation doesn't need to work. Instead of navigating with the buttons or navigation, we would simply move from wireframe page to wireframe page using the outline. [2.5 b 4]: I'd like to see integration with the outline included here. Something like: Each line item of the outline must correspond with an object defined in the Mapping Editor, which must correspond with a page of the wireframe. [5 Terminology]: Could we change the terms Sitemap, and Sitemap Editor to Map, and Map Editor? Sitemap is a term that is specific to Web design, and we would like this tool to be more generally applied to interaction design (with Web design being one Template). If you had/have a name in mind, please let us know as we are not tied to this name in any way. Attached is a first draft of our Project scope document. I just kind of whipped this up, and you probably haven't seen anything like it before, so please let us know what you think. Some of the key points are yet to be determined. We hope to learn more about these issues and address them in the weeks to come. Any advice or input you might provide would be greatly appreciated Thank you for your patience, Randy Keller
