- Delegated some of the notebook maintenance responsibilities to other members of the team: Alex to create meeting agendas, Geoff to maintain milestone document, Steve to supply weekly screenshot representing status of GUI as it becomes functional, I will send weekly progress reports to Kelly.
- Sent progress report to Kelly, arranged for the team to meet with him this week

- Enrolled in evening Java course, began working on micro version of project to gain a better understanding of what needs to be accomplished.
- Set up Java help buddy list for online work group on my Mac, and got my home network set up

Objectives for week 2:
- Meet with Kelly, revise scope statement and project deliverables.
- Update Sphinx online notebook

- Continue working on Java: produce working code

Issues/Bugs
- Must talk to Alex and have him send me an electronic version of the agenda so I can turn them into minutes.
- Must write code. Have been struggling with getting set up on my Mac
