Accomplishments for week 5:

- Integrated Outliner/Backend into an application-wide UI.
- Added "New Project" and "Open" functionality.
- Completed agenda

Objectives for week 6:
- Continue efforts to customize UI visual presentation (ie POLISH!).
- Think of an application name.
- Create a basic "About" menu.

Issues/Bugs
- Some feature provided in the "Open" dialog not needed/don't work,
and I can't figure out how to disable them.
- Older version of Outliner integrated, must update.
- Must test visual differences between Mac & PC interface look
and feels.
