Fernando Luna

I am originally born and raised in Durango, Mexico, started involved in the fight against HIV/AIDS since the mid 90's facilitating HIV prevention groups targeting the Latino community with Hermanos de Sol y Luna in San Francisco, CA. I worked as a peer educator for Latin Project Against AIDS in San Francisco, CA.
I worked for a program named HOW (Health on Wheels) at POCAAN (People Of Color Against AIDS) doing HIV testing and counseling throughout Seattle-King County. I currently working for sea Mar clinics in Seattle, WA.
I earned an Associate of Arts degree and completed Certificate Programs on HIV/AIDS Peer Education at City College of San Francisco. I completed curriculums on Human Sexuality at The Institute for Professional Studies of Human Sexuality in S.F, CA. I earned a degree in theather arts at the San Rafael school of scenic arts in Mexico City.
I have participated in about 20 different workshops and seminars on HIV/AIDS and its surrounding issues in Mexico and across the USA.
