Welcome to the Koro Do webpage, the virtual home away from home of Richard L. Miles. Please pardon the mess, like so many things, this is a work in progress. It has been six years since I originally constructed my T.E.S.C. web page and it is time for me to update everything!  I am currently in the process of writing copy and collecting the photographs and illustrations to bring the linked pages up to date and certain pages will be changing on a regular basis.

    Koro is Japanese for Lone Wolf, which is a nickname I inherited years ago, and Do is Japanese for Tao or "The Way" as understood in Taoist and/or Zen Buddhist terminology. Thus, the term Koro Do means "The Way of the Lone Wolf" and it is probably best explained as "Just the way Miles seems to do things".
