 Ecological Resources Survey & Monitoring  Design, development, and coordination of one of a series of five, week-long courses in Resource Management for Corps planning,regulatory, monitoring, cultural and natural resource management personnel. Duties included needs-assessment visits and interviews at Corps of Engineers District, Regional, and Divisional Offices; curriculum planning, development of 600 page Course Manual,selecting and coordinating support instructors and providing 30 of the 40 instruction hours.
