As a member of the Evening and Weekend faculty at The Evergreen State College, I generally teach in half-time programs. My primary areas of interest are computer-supported collaboration, computer studies, education (especially science and math education), physics, history and philosophy of science, and mathematical methods for physical sciences. It is difficult to convince me to take contracts, but I am very interested in attempting to start up some undergraduate research projects in computer-supported collaboration, the learning sciences, and math and science education at the middle school, high school, and undergraduate levels.
