Oxyroplata nr. bellicosa (Baly)

Body brownish-yellow; head and antennae black; pronotum with black medial vitta; elytra with black sutural vitta on basal half, apical half black. Head: medial carina present; vertex micropunctate; sulcus on inner margin of each eye; small, deep sulcus on each side of medial carina; front slightly projecting. Antennae: segments I-II subglobose, punctate; III-VII compressed laterally; VIII acutely pointed; III-VIII sulcate. Pronotum: side margins arcuate from base to apex; anterior angles with tooth; posterior angles acute; strong basal impression; covered with large, deep punctures. Scutellum: quadrate; alutaceous. Elytra: side margins sparsely dentate; apical margins strongly dentate; apices emarginate; 10 regular rows of punctures; 4 costae, 3 entire, 2nd strongest, 3 present at base and apex. Venter: pro-, meso-, and metasterna pale in middle, dark on sides; metasternum transversely sulcate. Legs: femora dentate on inner margin, punctate; tibiae with fringe of setae at apex. Total length: 7.9 mm.
