Employed: State of Oregon Coastal Management Program (15 yrs), currently the Program Senior Policy Analyst. Prior work at OCMP includes hazards program coordinator, land use plan review, special area mgt.plans, permit review, special projects including GIS projects related to ocean shore resources, Oregon Coastal Atlas.

Work:

I work directly with the end users for a variety of IT systems and products. This began with various GIS based projects such as littoral cell management planning to address coastal hazards and the state's coastal public access inventory. I initiated the development of the Oregon Coastal Atlas as a system to deliver coastal and ocean resource information and data, primarily geospatial, to a wide range of users, with easy to use decision assistance tools for specific managment applications.
