Our original hierarchy points out the amount of metadata needed to support particular levels of integration. For a while I was thinking of trying to incorporate the 4 perspectives stuff in here but I’m not sure we need it here. The point here is that the hierarchy links user integration tasks to amounts of metadata (and what integration the metadata support from a technical perspective) and that provides agencies with a tool to make decisions on levels of effort and user experiences
