STERN_VOLMER.M Stern_Volmer.m calculates an oxygen concentration (uM) image from a Pd TSPP phosphorence image using the Stern-Volmer equation, I0/I = t0/t = 1 + kq * t0 * [O2] or [O2] = (I0/I - 1) / (kq * t0), where I0 = Pd TSPP intensity at zero [O2], I = Pd TSPP intensity at [O2] (M), t0 = Pd TSPP Lifetime (sec) at zero [O2], t = Pd TSPP Lifetime (sec) at [O2] (M), and kq = Second-order quenching rate constant (M-1 s-1).
