FORMS OF THE SUPREME COURT

There are two mandatory forms for use during the Evergreen Supreme Court's sessions:

1)  Worksheet for Justices Preparing to Hear Oral Arguments.  Completion of this form is mandatory for the justices on the 5-judge panel hearing a particular case.  To complete the form, the justices must first read carefully the briefs of both the petitioners (appellants) and the respondents (appellees).  The worksheet must be completed and ready to submit to the Chief Justice before the oral argument begins.

2)  Worksheet for Use During Oral Arguments.  Completion of this form during oral arguments is mandatory for everyone except the justices hearing a particular case and the counsel who are representing the litigants in that case.  To complete the form, you will need to listen very carefully to the oral arguments.  At the end of each court session, please place your completed sheet in the manila folder provided by the Court.  Look for the folder labeled with your name.

Please do not doodle on these forms.
