Peziza vesiculosa, the Blistered Peziza or Common Dung
Cup, is characterized by its growth on rotting hay or in well-manured areas.
It can be solitary or gregarious, occurring at times in massive clusters.
Apparently it can be eaten when well-cooked, but consumption of Pezizas
is not recommended.
