Ramaria vinosimaculans is a pale yellow species with a sweet odor and an indistinct taste. It has a distinctive reddish bruising reaction that helps me mark it as a superior flavored yellow Ramaria. Ramaria vinosimaculans is found late spring and summer in the western mountains.
