On Teaching & Pedagogy
I believe that knowledge does not reside with the professor. Therefore,
I work to create a classroom environment where students are encouraged
not to be passive learners but active participants in the process of knowledge
production. I bring to teaching fifteen years of experience and involvement
with experiential teaching and learning and peace and justice activism,
both in the Middle East and the United States. For more about this
check my syllabi.
