Letter to my Descendants is a charming first-hand period piece (1919-1947) describing Danish daily life in the interwar peace and later under German occupation stress. Besides the engaging story, the author outlines the history of World War Two with great scholarly insight. The book is published with the highest recommendations from distinguished WW2 historians, and inspired excellent reviews in Danish newspapers on its publication in January, 1998.
Letter to my Descendants has been described as "Perhaps the best account of the birth, growth and organization of the resistance movement ever written… a masterpiece"  by Professor Jorgen Haestrup, author of European Resistance Movements: A Complete History.
