Raelynn Rinehart graduated from The Evergreen State College in spring 2004. Her studies focused on environmental disciplines, natural sciences, and writing. She is currently applying for a position as an environmental educator in the Peace Corp. She hopes to establish a career as an environmental writer, eventually freelancing a series of educational creative nonfiction books for young readers. From her birth state of California, to her adopted state of Washington hiking, fishing, and just enjoying the outdoors have been a large part of her life.
