SHOPPING LIST FOR THAILAND RECIPES

Meat:
12 skinned chicken drumsticks
2 skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into strips (for 12 skewers)

Produce:
2 cloves of garlic
3 cucumbers
2-3 prikinu peppers
6 shallots

Grains:
1 c. Thai sticky rice (sometimes sold as “sweet rice”)

Miscellaneous:
1 large package thin (1/4”) Thai egg noodles (enough to serve 6 people)
2 t. fish sauce
1 package pickled mustard greens
2 T dark soy sauce
1-1/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. rice vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 T curry powder
5 T Panang curry paste
8-1/4 c. coconut milk
3-1/2 c. chicken stock
1 T crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
1 T vegetable oil
1 package bamboo skewers (you will need 12)

Beverages:
water
black tea
