Meat:
1 lb. tuna, salmon, or any ceviche-type (raw) fish
2 tins of corned beef (1 lb.)
1-1/2 lbs. boneless pork loin for roasting

1 qt. vanilla ice cream

1 package banana leaves (check your local Asian food store)
24 taro leaves (ditto)
2 c. fruit pulp (watermelon, mango, pineapple)
4 c. fresh tropical fruit pulp (mango, kiwi, pineapple, passion fruit, watermelon)

1 green bell pepper
1 tomato
5 medium onions
1 clove garlic
3 large or 6 small sweet potatoes
